Brian Hunt founded Kore BPO after spending years in consulting and international M&A, where he saw the same problem repeat across growing companies: the businesses that scaled fastest weren't necessarily the best-funded — they were the ones that built operational leverage early, using offshore and nearshore talent to extend their teams without extending their overhead.

That observation became the founding thesis behind Kore BPO. Brian built the company to give small and mid-sized US businesses access to the same global hiring advantage that enterprise organizations have used for decades — vetted talent across data, tech, finance, and operations roles, placed with resumes delivered in 2–5 business days and $0 upfront fees.

Under Brian's leadership, Kore BPO has grown into a US-owned and operated offshore staffing firm with offices in Dallas, TX (HQ), San Jose, Costa Rica, and Hyderabad, India — placing 6,236 hires for 257 client companies over 10 years in business.
